Rush Lake in the high altitude lake located near Rush Pari Peak (4700) Rush Lake in one of the highest alpine Lake in the world , located about 15 km north of Mia peak and Spantik (Golden Peak). It in rather easy but amazing. The trek take you into some of most mountains beauties of the world , breath trekking and rewarding Trek in the heart of the Hunza Valley. It is the best option Trek you can see meadows terraced field of karakuram short Trek Starts across the valley and the Hunza river at Hope where Barpu  Glaciers meets Balture Glacier. Rush Lake and Rush Peak can be reached via Nagar and Hoper and via Hoper glacier.the trek to Rush Lake provides spectacular views of Spantik, Phupaash peak Ultar , Miar Peak. The blue coloured crystal water with Lush green slopes of wild flowers surrounded by white Peaks makes it a great appearance, you can see yak talking both in the frozen take. At Rush Lake you can climb Rush peak (5098m) At summit we can breath taking views of magnificent huge mountains. This is the places where two big glaciers meet Hispar (67 km) and Biafo glaciers (54 km).

 

ITINERARY

Day 1:
Arrival at Islamabad international airport, transfer to hotel.

Day 2
: Fly to Gilgit or drive to Chilas on famous world 8th wonder Karakorum highway.

Day 3: Drive to Karimabad Hunza along the Indus River and Hunza River. En route visit junction point of world highest mountain ranges (Karakorum, Himalaya & Hindukush),

Day 4: Free day for exploration of Hunza Karimabad,  visit Altit and Baltit Fort, walk along the water channel.

Day 5: Early morning drive to Hopar Village and Trek Barpu Giram across Barpu Glacier (3:4 hrs). Overnight in tent

Day 6: Trek to Gutenz during the trek good views of Utar Lupghar, Momibiul, Trivor and Bularung. All towering above 7000m. Camp at Gutenz 4000m, 4:6 hrs walk. Overnight in tent

Day 7: Trek to Rush Lake 4760m  A day for tremendous views on all side. Follow grassy ridge through a small pass to the Rush Lake  4 hrs . Overnight in tent

Day 8: Day free for climb to Rush Peak (5094m), providing an all round panorama of Golden Peak, Malubuting, Miar, Ultar and Passu peaks.

Day 9: Trek back to Phari Phari (4:5 hrs steep descend to Phai Phari, with Marvelous view of Golden Peak and Barpu Glacier. Continue a gentle through juniper and ash woods to the summer settlement of Chukutans Overnight in tent. 

Day 10: Trek back to Barpu Giram (4:5 hour along grassy meadows with forward views of Ultar and Golden Peak). Overnight in tent

Day 11: Trek back to Hopper Cross Barpu Glacier to Hoppar and drive by jeeps to Hunza. Overnight in Hotel

Day 12: Drives to Explore Khunjurab Pass and back to Karimabad

Day 13: Karimabad Chilas Drive along the bank of Hunza River on Karakoram Highway, enjoying fascinating views of Karakoram Peaks from a different angle

Day 14
:Chilas:Islamabad Full day drive on Karakoram Highway to Islamabad. We start early in the morning, to cover the 12 hours long drive. Short stay in Besham for lunch, by evening we shall reach Islamabad.

Day 15
: Full day sightseeing of twin cities Islamabad/Rawalpindi. Rest of time reserve for shopping.

Day 16
: Transfer to airport for onward flight.

Terms and Conditions

RESERVATIONS/PAYMENTS:

A non-refundable deposit of $300 or 15% of the tour is required in order to make a reservation with the company. Total balance is due 3 weeks prior to departure. When price once fixed then any extra expenses will be charged to the client.

CANCELLATION & REFUND

Before 3 weeks prior to departure, the deposit is non-refundable. Within 3 weeks, 50%, whichever is less, is non-refundable. once the tour starts 100% is non-refundable. There will be no refund for unused services.

CHANGES TO ITINERARY:

The Blue Sky Treks & Tours have made attempts to make the itineraries accurate but the company has reserved the right to change itinerary under unfavourable conditions. In such circumstances the company will provide similar alternatives. We welcome any changes before final booking.

BAGGAGE:

On treks and safaris 20 kg and on expeditions 50kg will be free.

LIABILITIES:

The Blue Sky Treks & Tours will do its best to make the tours comfortable and secure. However, the company shall not responsible for any kind of injury, damage, death, loss, accident, delays, public disturbances, and all those that beyond our control.

INSURANCE AND TRAVEL RISKS:

It is important for the clients to purchase a travel insurance package in their own country, hence no foreigner will be able to purchase an insurance in Pakistan. Trekking, expedition, tours, safari may involve risks and several other factors that cannot be foretold. Medical emergencies, natural calamities are common in high altitudes and we like to be assured that our clients are insured against helicopter evacuations, trip cancellations, and personal accidents so that they don’t have to suffer.

It is to be noted that the company shall not bear any losses or provide compensation in case the guest’s insurance doesn’t cover any or all aspects of the trip.
